Kinefac Showcases Fastener Solutions at Fastener Fair USA 2025
Kinefac extends a sincere thank you to everyone who visited booth #225 at Fastener Fair USA 2025 in Nashville, TN. This year’s show was heavily attended, and we were thrilled to connect with so many professionals across the fastener manufacturing industry.
Reflecting on the event, we were especially excited to see how the co-location with Aluminum USA added a new dimension to the show. The crossover brought fresh conversations and new faces to our booth, and we were pleasantly surprised by the opportunity it created to highlight our machine capabilities, especially for fastener type components.
At the show, Kinefac showcased a range of advanced fastener manufacturing solutions, with a focus on our thread rolling equipment, nut crimping machines, and KineForm™ cylindrical rolling dies.
This event provided a valuable platform for demonstrating Kinefac expertise in precision metal forming while engaging with manufacturers from automotive, aerospace, medical, and electronics industries. Visitors had the opportunity to speak directly with Jean Allain, VP of Sales, to explore equipment tailored to their fastener production needs.
The Kinefac POWERBOX KINEROLLER™ product line of cylindrical die thread and form rolling machinery is designed for infeed, throughfeed, and incremental cold rolling of threads, knurls, serrations, and grooves on fastener components.
The Kinefac RP-10 KINECRIMP™ machine line is designed for multi-point radial crimping operations on hex nuts, multi-point nuts, collared nuts, and similar configurations. These servo electric machines are available in vertical and horizontal axis with crimp load capacities up to 110 kN. Quick change tooling allows for fast setup of 2-point, 3-point, and 4-point crimps in the standard die carrier. Other crimp configurations are available on request.
KineForm™, Division of Kinefac Corporation, supplies high quality precision thread and form rolling dies for the global marketplace. Manufacturing is carried out in a temperature controlled state-of-the-art manufacturing facility using the latest multi-axis CNC die grinding systems and inspection equipment to ensure quality. Infeed, throughfeed, and incremental rolling dies up to 406mm diameter and 356mm wide, with lead angles ranging from 0 to 90 degrees can be supplied in a variety of bore sizes to fit your machinery.
We’re glad we exhibited this year and look forward to building on the new connections made.
