The International Fastener Expo (IFE 2025) in Las Vegas was an exciting opportunity for Kinefac to once again connect with fastener industry professionals to showcase our latest product innovations in the machines, dies, and systems that we offer. We were thrilled to meet so many attendees who share our passion for precision, performance, and advanced manufacturing solutions.
At booth #2263, our team highlighted the Kinefac lines of fastener processing equipment including our cylindrical die thread rolling machinery, thread rolling dies, and nut crimping machinery. This advanced equipment is offered with NC and CNC interfaces featuring interactive HMI’s, continuous position and force feedback, and manual load/unload or fully integrated automatic parts handling systems for optimized, user-friendly production. This year Kinefac also introduced its new Core line of all-electric PowerBox thread rolling machines designed to match budget, performance, and efficiency.
Another exciting highlight was the technical session that our Director of Research & Development, David Willens PhD., presented at the IFE Sessions Stage during the show. Willens provided an overview of the thread and form rolling process and the technologies driving quality and efficiency in fastener manufacturing with his presentation: Precision Thread Rolling Process; Fundamentals, Methods, Challenges, and Value-Added Advances in Today’s Fastener Manufacturing Industry. In case you missed it, the presentation is available through the IFE 2025 Show website.
We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who visited us at IFE 2025 to learn more about how Kinefac equipment and tooling can enhance your fastener production processes with an innovative approach.
If we didn’t have a chance to connect in person, we invite you to learn more about our metal forming equipment and dies at www.kinefac.com and by reaching out to VP of Sales, Jean Allain, at 508-754-6891 x615, to discuss your specific application needs.
